The Buffalo Police Department reported that the fatal shooting took place shortly after 1 a.m. during a dispute on the outdoor patio of Del Denby Tavern, situated between Parkside Avenue and Wellington Road.
Following the altercation, emergency services responded swiftly to the scene and transported the victim to Erie County Medical Center (ECMC) via ambulance. Despite the best efforts of medical staff, the man succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead at the hospital.
