Accident – Death – Obituary News : A bullying incident that shocked the community unfolded on 18th February 2024, when a user named @bospurwa raised the alarm about a distressing event at Binus International High School in BSD, Tangerang. The victim, a high school student, was targeted by a group of older students associated with a school gang known as GT, leading to the victim’s hospitalization.
According to the victim’s mother, her child was coerced by the GT gang members to engage in various tasks, from running errands to enduring physical abuse. One particularly disturbing incident involved the victim being forced to balance on a pole while supporting it with a wooden block until being burned with a cigarette. Shockingly, several students recorded the ordeal on camera as it unfolded.
IPDA Galih, Head of the South Tangerang Police Child Development Center Unit, confirmed that law enforcement had stepped in to address the bullying incident at Binus Serpong International High School. The victim’s parents have filed an official report with the South Tangerang Police, prompting an investigation by the PPA Unit of the South Tangerang Police Criminal Investigation Unit.
As the investigation unfolds, the police have interviewed multiple witnesses and conducted examinations at the scene of the bullying incident. The victim, currently undergoing post-mortem procedures and receiving intensive medical care, displays multiple bruises and burn marks, indicating the involvement of more than one perpetrator.
