The incident took place at a home along Bouchelle Street, where the woman contacted law enforcement to report an unknown individual inside her property.
Upon arrival at the scene, officers discovered signs of forced entry with a broken back door and shattered glass on the floor. Inside the residence, they located the suspect, identified as Moises Ailon Agustin, seated in a bedroom with a blanket covering his head.
Agustin was promptly apprehended and placed in a police vehicle. Subsequently, as the woman returned home, she informed the authorities that Agustin was wearing one of her blouses.
The suspect, Agustin, has been formally charged with felony breaking and entering, in addition to misdemeanor property damage. He is currently being held in custody on a $10,000 secured bond.
