The incident occurred in the early hours of Saturday at D&M’s Tiki Bar on Pulaski Highway. Law enforcement officers arrived at the scene shortly after midnight and discovered the victim had sustained multiple gunshot wounds.
The victim, identified as 24-year-old Dajuan Kyree Simmons, was rushed to a nearby hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
