PITTSBURG, Kan. (KCTV) – A man who was caught masturbating outside a daycare in Pittsburg, Kansas during the week of Valentine’s Day has been apprehended and is currently in custody. The incident unfolded on Thursday, February 15th, when law enforcement officials received reports from daycare staff about the lewd act occurring across the street.

The Pittsburg Police Department (PPD) swiftly responded to the distress calls and quickly identified the suspect as 18-year-old Walter Lalimo, a resident of Pittsburg.
