Accident – Death – Obituary News :
Agra, India – In a tragic incident that occurred on Thursday morning, a 65-year-old man and his 26-year-old son lost their lives, while another son was critically injured after being run over by a speeding dumper. The incident took place in the village of Milik, located in the Rajawali police station area in Firozabad district.
The news of the accident spread quickly, and hundreds of villagers gathered at the spot. Outraged by the incident, they decided to block traffic in protest. The local police were alerted and arrived at the scene to manage the situation and pacify the angry villagers. It took several hours for the authorities to restore normalcy.
According to Seetaram, a relative of the deceased, the victims, identified as Chandrapal Singh and his sons Bablu and Rajkumar, were on their way to Shikohabad to distribute wedding invitation cards for Chandrapal’s daughter. Tragically, their bike was hit by a speeding truck, resulting in the death of Chandrapal and Bablu. Rajkumar, the other son, sustained critical injuries and is currently undergoing treatment at a nearby medical facility.
The grieving family kept the bodies on the road and used tractors to block the Firozabad-Jalesar road as a sign of protest against the tragic incident. The Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) of Tundla, Shivdhyan Pandey, Circle Officer (CO) of Tundla, Anivesh Singh, and Member of Legislative Assembly (MLA) Prempal Dhangar reached the spot to offer their condolences and assure government assistance to the affected family. Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Avnish Kumar stated that a case has been registered based on the family’s complaint.
