The Slau community is deeply saddened by the passing of Mrs. Agnes Asula, a beloved member of our community. She was the mother of Mr. Peter Ssemakula, our esteemed Resident Director. Mrs. Asula’s departure on Saturday, February 10th, 2024, at Mbarara Hospital has left a void in the hearts of all who knew her.
Mrs. Agnes Asula was a woman of great strength, resilience, and kindness. Born and raised in Uganda, she dedicated her life to her family and community. Known for her warm smile and compassionate nature, she touched the lives of many through her selfless acts of service.
As a devoted mother, Mrs. Asula played a vital role in shaping the person Mr. Ssemakula is today. Her unwavering support and guidance have been instrumental in his success as a leader within the Slau community. Her legacy will forever live on through her son’s achievements and the positive impact he continues to make.
Although the cause of Mrs. Asula’s passing remains unknown, her memory will endure as a source of inspiration for all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her genuine love for others and dedication to making a difference in the lives of those around her will forever be cherished.
