Hyderabad: A 40-year-old man, identified as Anil, was fatally stabbed by unknown assailants in Jagathgirigutta, Quthbullapur, late Friday night. Anil, an ambulance driver and resident of Venkateshwar Nagar, was alone at his house when the incident occurred.
Upon receiving information, the police arrived at the scene and transferred the body to Gandhi Hospital for postmortem examination.
According to an official from Jagathgirigutta police station who spoke to Siasat.com, “A case of murder under Section 302 has been registered. The victim, apart from being an ambulance driver, also owned an eatery business.”
The official added, “There were reports of strained relations between the victim and his wife. We are investigating whether this strained relationship may have played a role in the murder.”
The investigation into the incident is currently ongoing.
