Vallejo Police Department and Solano County CPS Launch Search for Missing 14-Day-Old Baby

(KRON) – In the early hours of Saturday morning, Vallejo Police Department and Solano County Child Protective Services initiated a search for a 14-day-old child, categorising the case as a parental abduction.

The missing child, referred to as “Baby Boy Manning” by VPD, is a white male infant with brown hair and brown eyes.

The mother, identified as 28-year-old Valerie Manning, is described as a white woman standing at 5 feet 7 inches tall with brown hair and brown eyes. Valerie Manning is believed to drive a 1991 Isuzu Amigo truck with a California license plate bearing the number 2ZRD090.
