PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – A tragic incident unfolded in the Arbor Lodge neighbourhood of Portland on Wednesday morning, where a 24-year-old man was identified as the victim of a fatal shooting.
At approximately 5:30 a.m., Portland police responded to reports of a shooting near the intersection of North Atlantic Avenue and North Buffalo Street. Upon arrival at the scene, officers discovered the lifeless body of Tracy S. Rasberry, a resident of Portland. The assailant had already fled the area by the time authorities arrived.
The medical examiner later confirmed that Rasberry succumbed to his injuries from a gunshot wound.
Details of the Investigation
The Portland Police Bureau is currently conducting an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the shooting. As of now, no arrests have been made in connection with the case.
