Accident – Death – Obituary News : An Orange County teacher’s aide has been arrested on charges of conducting lewd acts with young girls, according to the Tustin Police Department. The suspect, identified as Giacomo “Jack” Antonio Valdivieso-Vargas, 21, worked at Utt Middle School in Tustin.
During his time as a teacher’s aide, investigators stated that Vargas inappropriately touched a 12-year-old girl and made sexual remarks to at least two other 12-year-old girls. He was arrested on Thursday on charges of felony child abuse, child annoyance, and lewd or lascivious acts with a child under 14 years old.
