GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – Motorists are advised to seek alternative routes following a fatal accident on Green Bay’s east side, impacting traffic near South Huron Road and Finger Road.
The Green Bay Police Department reported that on June 28, shortly after 12 p.m., law enforcement responded to a collision at the intersection of South Huron Road and Finger Road involving a motorcycle and an SUV.
The motorcyclist, a 21-year-old man from the Green Bay area, succumbed to his injuries after being transported to a local hospital. The driver of the SUV did not sustain any injuries.
Authorities stated that the SUV driver stayed at the scene and is cooperating with the ongoing investigation. The exact cause of the crash remains unknown at this time.
