BEXAR COUNTY, Texas — The Bexar County Sheriff’s Office has taken swift action by arresting four individuals suspected of engaging in sexual activities with a minor.
Sheriff Javier Salazar confirmed that the arrests were made following a report of a missing girl on June 20, several days after her initial disappearance.
During the investigation, authorities examined the girl’s phone and uncovered a series of explicit messages, photos, and videos exchanged between the victim and each of the four suspects. These communications contained discussions of sexual acts that had taken place between the victim and the suspects.
Sheriff Salazar revealed that these exchanges occurred between 2023 and early 2024 when the victim was just 14 years old.
The four suspects have been identified as Tyler Battros, 21; Logan Martinez, 19; Gabriel Angel Velasquez, 18; and Ethan Gregory Fleming, 18. They were taken into custody on Wednesday and are currently facing charges of child sexual assault.
Salazar emphasized that the investigation is ongoing, suggesting the possibility of additional charges against the suspects and the potential arrest of more individuals involved in the case.
Fortunately, the missing girl has been located and reunited with her family, bringing some relief to this distressing situation.
