Accident – Death – Obituary News :
Chatham-Kent police have officially named the woman who was tragically found slain in Chatham. Additionally, authorities have announced that a third individual has been charged with first-degree murder in connection with the investigation.
Identification of Victim
The victim has been identified as 27-year-old Louise Thomson, hailing from Milton, Ontario. The investigation began on June 4 when officers responded to a residence on William Street South in Chatham, where Thomson’s lifeless body was discovered.
Arrests and Charges
Shortly after the initial discovery, two individuals were taken into custody. Jeffrey Davis, 44, and David Lozon, 59, both residents of Chatham, were arrested on June 4 and charged with first-degree murder and indignity to a dead body.
On a subsequent day, a third suspect was apprehended. Sky-Linn Holden, a 23-year-old woman with no fixed address, was arrested in Windsor and also charged with first-degree murder and indignity to a body in relation to the investigation. Holden was transported to Chatham-Kent police headquarters and is currently being held pending a bail hearing.
Court Proceedings
Davis and Lozon made court appearances on June 5 and June 19. While Lozon is scheduled for another court appearance on Friday, Davis is set to return on July 3. Both individuals remain in custody, and a publication ban has been imposed on any evidence presented in court as the legal process unfolds.

Authorities have assured the public that this incident is isolated, and there is no imminent threat to public safety. The police are actively investigating the case and are urging anyone with relevant information to come forward.
