A Berkshire man, identified as 33-year-old Christopher Seagroves, was arrested for driving under the influence after crashing his vehicle in front of a local elementary school.

In the late hours of June 26, authorities were alerted to a single-vehicle collision outside Berkshire Elementary School, involving a vehicle driven by Christopher Seagroves. The vehicle was reportedly travelling at speeds exceeding 80 MPH before crashing in close proximity to the school premises. Subsequent investigations revealed that Seagroves was under the influence of alcohol, leading to his arrest on charges of Driving Under the Influence (DUI) and Negligent Operation of a Motor Vehicle. He was later released on bail and is required to appear before the Franklin County Superior Court on August 6 for further legal proceedings.

On the evening of June 26, emergency services responded to reports of a solo car crash outside Berkshire Elementary School, as detailed in an official incident report.
The individual behind the wheel, identified as Christopher Seagroves, was observed speeding at up to 80 miles per hour before the vehicle collided in front of the school building.
Law enforcement officials confirmed that Seagroves displayed signs of impairment and subsequently charged him with both a DUI offence and Negligent Operation of a Motor Vehicle.
After being processed, Seagroves was granted temporary release pending his court appearance at the Franklin County Superior Court on August 6.
