According to WBNS-TV, the man identified himself as the driver of a white Honda Civic sought by authorities. The individual, who remains unidentified by police, was subsequently arrested and charged with obstructing official business, as reported by WCMH-TV.
Columbus Division of Police Sgt. Joe Albert stated that efforts are underway to identify all individuals involved in the shooting. Earlier reports indicated that the suspected shooter, described as a male dressed in all black, had entered the Honda Civic before fleeing the scene.
