Accident – Death – Obituary News :
A man was injured in a single-vehicle motorcycle crash over the weekend in Geary County, authorities said. The incident occurred at 4:50 p.m. on Saturday on K-57 highway, approximately 5 miles northwest of Junction City, Kansas. The crash site was located about a mile southeast of Milford Lake.
The Geary County Sheriff’s Office reported that a 2011 Harley Davidson motorcycle was travelling west on K-57 when it encountered a patch of gravel, causing the rider to lose control and crash into the ditch.
The injured motorcyclist, identified as Brandon Keith from Junction City, was swiftly transported to Stormont Vail Hospital for treatment of his injuries, according to the sheriff’s office.
