ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) – Tragedy struck in northwest Atlanta as two young Hispanic men lost their lives in a senseless act of violence. The incident occurred just before 11:30 p.m. on Sunday night in the 3800 block of Old Gordon Road.
According to the Atlanta Police Department, the assailant arrived at the scene, exited their vehicle, and indiscriminately fired shots at the victims before fleeing the scene. The two men, both in their twenties, succumbed to their injuries and tragically passed away in the driveway.
Suspect Still at Large
Andrew Smith, Atlanta’s homicide commander, revealed that there seems to have been an ongoing conflict between the victims and an unidentified individual. The police are currently on the lookout for a white car that may be connected to the incident.
