The victims of the shooting have been named as Shirley Taylor, 62, Callie Weems, 23, Roy Sturgis, 50, and Ellen Shrum, 81. The wounded individuals, ranging from 20 to 65 years old, include four individuals who remain hospitalized, with one in critical condition. After the shooting, the suspect, Travis Eugene Posey, engaged in a gunfight with law enforcement officers, resulting in his own non-life-threatening injuries.
