Tragic Incident in Hyderabad: Man Strangled to Death for Alleged Sexual Harassment
A 26-year-old man, Mohamed Salman Shaik from Old City Hyderabad, met a gruesome end in the Gulbarga district of Karnataka. He was reportedly strangled to death for allegedly sexually harassing his elder brother’s wife.
The victim, who worked as a painter, resided with his 36-year-old brother, Mohammad Ferroz Sharif, and his wife in Barkas. Shockingly, it was revealed that the victim had previously engaged in an extramarital affair with the accused, Razia Sultana, a mother of two. The situation took a dark turn when Salman allegedly resorted to blackmail to continue the illicit relationship.
Feeling cornered and desperate, the accused, along with three accomplices, devised a sinister plan to eliminate Salman. Under the guise of a visit to her son in a Madarsa in Gulbarga, Razia lured the victim on a fateful journey.
During the journey, the accused executed her chilling plan, strangling Salman to death while he was behind the wheel. Subsequently, she disposed of his lifeless body in a reservoir, with the assistance of her cohorts. The perpetrators then returned to Hyderabad on June 14, leaving behind a trail of horror.
Law enforcement authorities have initiated a case in response to this heinous crime, and investigations are currently ongoing to bring justice to the victim and his family.
