SALISBURY — A recent incident in Salisbury led to the arrest of four individuals after reports of a physical altercation in the middle of an intersection. According to Sergeant Justin Crotty of the Salisbury Police Department, the authorities received multiple calls regarding four homeless individuals engaged in a fight at the intersection of North Arlington Street and Margarets Way, near Chick-Fil-A, around 4:40 p.m. on Wednesday.

Following the incident, officers managed to locate three of the individuals involved on East Innes Street, approximately 30 minutes later. The trio, identified as Katie Alexandra Kerr (32), Dustin Eric Cauthen (34), and Lewis Howard Hughes (36), were charged with citations for misdemeanor affray. The fourth individual, Adam Fredrick Hellard (34), who was also believed to be part of the altercation, was found and served with a criminal summons for misdemeanor affray on Thursday at 11 a.m.
