The woman accused of honey-trapping a man who was killed in a chilling shootout at a Burger King outlet in Delhi was seen at Jammu and Kashmir’s Katra Railway Station on Thursday, June 20.
Reports suggest that the woman, identified as 24-year-old Anu, boarded the Mumbai-bound Swaraj Express with her luggage on Thursday morning. She was also seen accessing Wi-Fi at the accommodation where she was staying in Katra around 9.30 am on the same day.
CCTV footage from the railway station captured Anu, also known as ‘Lady Don’, moving quickly towards the train with her face covered by a scarf.
The incident at the Burger King outlet in Delhi’s Rajouri Garden on June 18 resulted in the death of 26-year-old Aman Joon, who was sitting with the woman at the time of the shooting.
Police investigations have revealed that Anu is associated with Portugal-based gangster Himanshu Bhau and is suspected of luring Aman to the Burger King outlet where he was killed.
The fatal shooting is believed to be part of an ongoing gang rivalry between imprisoned gangsters Neeraj Bawana and Ashok Pradhan. Fugitive gangster Himanshu Bhau, a close associate of Bawana, claimed responsibility for the incident on social media, citing revenge for the killing of Bawana’s cousin Shakti Singh in October 2020.
Joon is suspected of providing information about Shakti Singh’s whereabouts to Pradhan, according to police sources.
