Tragic Shooting Incident at Grocery Store in South Arkansas Leaves Three Dead and Eight Injured

Tragedy struck a grocery store in Fordyce, south Arkansas, on Friday as three individuals lost their lives and eight others sustained injuries in a shooting incident, as reported by Nexstar’s KARK.
KARK revealed that among those shot at the Mad Butcher grocery store were two law enforcement officers, who fortunately are expected to recover from their injuries.
Authorities from the Arkansas State Police have identified the alleged shooter as 44-year-old Travis Posey. Posey, who sustained a non-life-threatening gunshot from law enforcement, has been apprehended and is now facing three charges of capital murder. Additional charges are anticipated to be filed against Posey by the ASP.
