Damian Jerel Barr : “Harleton Man Arrested Indecent Exposure Marshall”

Marshall, Texas – The Marshall Police Department reported that a man was apprehended by a member of the special response team for engaging in a lewd act in public view.

The incident occurred on Wednesday evening at 6:20 p.m. when an officer observed a white male operating a white Chevrolet SUV committing an act of indecent exposure. The man, identified as Damian Jerel Barr, aged 31 and hailing from Harleton, was promptly arrested.

The lewd act took place on W. Austin St., where Barr allegedly engaged in the behaviour in the presence of at least one family with children. Fortunately, the children were shielded from witnessing Barr’s actions. Following the sighting, an officer swiftly intervened and apprehended Barr on a charge of indecent exposure.

Subsequently, on Friday, June 21, the Marshall Police Department, in collaboration with the Harrison County Violent Crimes Task Force, carried out a search warrant at a residence on Lake Road in Harleton as part of an ongoing investigation into the incident.
