Officials have confirmed that Stacy Lee Drake is a suspect in three homicides that occurred in Gans and El Reno, Oklahoma, as well as one “suspicious death” in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.

Drake was apprehended on June 20 in Conway County, Ark., following a manhunt that ensued after two individuals were found dead at LaFerry’s Propane in Sequoyah County, Okla., on June 18.

On June 19, the Morrilton Police Department (MPD) announced that Drake was suspected in a total of four homicides. They revealed that Drake had a homicide warrant out of Alabama and was connected to three killings in Oklahoma, including the double homicide at LaFerry’s.

The El Reno Police Department also confirmed that Drake is tied to a third homicide in Oklahoma that occurred on June 14.

Captain Jack Kennedy of the Tuscaloosa County Sheriff’s Office’s Violent Crimes Unit verified that Drake is a suspect in another homicide investigation following the discovery of a man’s body at an Alcoholics Anonymous building on May 14.

In charges filed against Drake in Sequoyah County, the victims of the double homicide were identified as Tara Underwood and Taylor Sharp. District Attorney Jack Thorp expressed his condolences and vowed to seek justice for the victims and their families.

Phillip Emerson

The El Reno Police Department has accused Drake of killing Phillip Emerson in his residence and fleeing in Emerson’s vehicle on June 14. Further details about Emerson were not released.

Alabama

The Tuscaloosa County Sheriff’s Office confirmed Drake as a suspect in the “suspicious death” of 62-year-old Russell “Rusty” Thomas Andrews on May 14. Andrews was described as a caring and generous individual with a cheerful sense of humor and talents in carpentry and gardening.
