Ezequiel Garcia : Los Angeles Police Search for Armed Parolee

Garcia is described as approximately 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighing around 160 pounds. The LAPD received reports of Garcia being armed with a rifle in a residential neighborhood, prompting immediate response from law enforcement.

The incident began around 8:15 p.m. on Tuesday, with officers being dispatched to the area of 69th Street and Avalon Boulevard in the Florence neighborhood of South Los Angeles. Upon arrival, officers quickly located Garcia in a nearby junkyard after he dropped the rifle and attempted to flee on foot.

Despite an intensive search effort, Garcia managed to evade capture, leading to the suspension of the search after several hours. The LAPD continues to pursue leads and gather information on Garcia’s whereabouts.

Residents of South L.A. are advised to stay alert and report any suspicious activity or individuals to the authorities. As a precautionary measure, the LAPD will be increasing patrols in the area to ensure the safety of the community.
