In a recent incident, the Border Security Force (BSF) detained a Pakistani national on Wednesday morning as he attempted to cross the border fence and enter India in Gujarat’s Kutch district. The apprehension took place near Vighakot area along the international border.
The Pakistani national, identified as 30-year-old Afzal from Sialkot, Pakistan, was taken into custody for questioning by the BSF officials. Despite a thorough search, no suspicious items were found in his possession.
According to a statement released by the BSF, the incident occurred around 7:15 am when a vigilant BSF sentry noticed the individual attempting to breach the border fence. Prompt action by the BSF jawans led to the successful apprehension of the intruder.
