Robert Ringstrom, a former law enforcement officer who served as the Police Chief in Sartell, Minnesota, tragically lost his life in a fatal collision with a semitrailer truck while riding his bicycle in central Minnesota. The incident occurred at around 7 p.m. on Friday at the intersection of County Road 75 and SE. 20th Avenue in St. Joseph.
