The incident took place on Lydall Street, in the vicinity of Cliffside Drive. The vehicle, traveling west on Lydall Street, veered off the road and collided with a building, resulting in the fatal outcome for the driver. Police have refrained from disclosing the identity of the deceased woman at this time.
