Montgomery, Alabama – Three suspects have been arrested in connection with two separate incidents involving shots being fired into occupied dwellings or vehicles in Montgomery. The Montgomery Police Department made the arrests following investigations into these incidents.

Arrest of Ja’Kori Tucker and 15-year-old Boy

Ja’Kori Tucker, 18, and an unnamed 15-year-old boy were arrested on Friday in relation to a shooting incident that occurred on February 2 in the 2000 block of Coliseum Boulevard. The minor was taken to the Montgomery County Youth Detention Facility, while Tucker was taken to the Montgomery County Detention Facility.

As of Tuesday, Tucker remains in custody at the Montgomery County Detention Facility on a bail of $30,000. Court filings related to this incident were not immediately available.

Arrest of Sean Michaels Bailey

Sean Michaels Bailey, 40, was arrested on Thursday in connection with a shooting incident that took place on May 15 in the 3000 block of McGehee Road. Bailey was identified as the suspect in this case where a gun was fired into an occupied dwelling.

According to court filings, Bailey allegedly fired a single round into a woman’s vehicle while she was inside. The motive behind the shooting has not been disclosed. Bailey was taken to the Montgomery County Detention Facility and has since been released on a bail of $30,000.
