Accident – Death – Obituary News : Elkton Resident Christopher Cimorose identified as Victim in Fatal Shooting Incident
An Elkton resident, Christopher Cimorose, has been identified as the individual who tragically lost his life following a reported incident in the unit block of Locust Point Road overnight. Troopers responded to a call shortly before 9:30 p.m. on June 17 regarding a shooting, with the suspect contacting 911 to report the incident.
Upon arrival at the scene, first responders pronounced Cimorose deceased. Investigators revealed that the victim sustained multiple gunshot wounds and was discovered outside a residence in the driveway. The suspect, who remains unnamed, as well as a weapon, were apprehended by law enforcement at the location.
Authorities have indicated that there is no perceived threat to the general public, suggesting that the individuals involved in the incident were known to each other. The investigation into the circumstances surrounding the shooting remains ongoing.
