The victims, identified as members of the Bebout family, were critically injured in the incident. The Oakland County Sheriff’s Office has verified the fundraising page, which has been created on the GoFundMe website by Tiffany Holcomb, the boys’ aunt.
The mother and her two sons were among the victims who were directly involved in the shooting. According to Holcomb, the boys are in critical condition and will soon undergo surgeries. One of the sons, an 8-year-old, sustained a head wound and is currently in the intensive care unit at a local hospital. The fundraising page aims to support the Bebout family as they navigate through this difficult time.
The gunman opened fire on families who were enjoying the Brooklands Plaza splash pad, resulting in injuries to nine people, including two children. The motive behind the shooting remains unclear, and the community is rallying together to support the victims and their families.
