Syracuse, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) – A fatal crash occurred on the evening of June 15 on Crossett Road in Elbridge, New York. The incident, which took place around 7 p.m., resulted in the untimely death of a 53-year-old man.
Reports indicate that the driver, identified as Patrick J. Sheehan, lost control of his vehicle while travelling on Crossett Road. The car veered off the left side of the road, striking a ditch in a driveway and becoming airborne. The vehicle proceeded to roll over multiple times before coming to a rest overturned.
Tragically, Patrick J. Sheehan was pronounced deceased at the scene of the crash. New York State Police, along with assistance from Jordan Ambulance and Fire Department, responded to the scene to investigate the incident.
The investigation into the cause of the crash is currently ongoing, as authorities work to piece together the events leading up to the tragic accident on Crossett Road. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family and loved ones of Patrick J. Sheehan during this difficult time.
