A tragic incident unfolded at a Market Basket in Lynn, Massachusetts, on Saturday night when a teenage boy was found shot and killed in the store’s parking lot. The victim, a 17-year-old boy whose identity has not yet been disclosed, was discovered inside a crashed vehicle with a gunshot wound. He was rushed to Salem Hospital but succumbed to his injuries shortly after.
The shooting took place at the Market Basket located on Federal Street at around 9 p.m. Authorities have revealed that the initial findings of the investigation suggest that this was not a random act of violence. Despite ongoing efforts, no arrests have been made in connection with the incident.
