Following Standard Field Sobriety Tests that confirmed her intoxication, Vincent was taken into custody.

Constable Mark Herman stated, “Diondra Vincent was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Driving While Intoxicated with a Child Passenger.” Vincent’s bond was set at $10,000.00 by the 183rd District Court.
