Accident – Death – Obituary News :
A 28-year-old man, identified as Raja Kumar, was tragically beaten to death allegedly by his drug dealer and the dealer’s sons in Gurugram. The incident took place in Bas Kushla village in the IMT Manesar area, where Kumar resided and worked as a helper in a departmental store owned by Rahul Chauhan.
The victim’s elder brother, Pintu Jha, revealed in his complaint that Kumar had been addicted to marijuana. On the fateful day, Kumar and Jha visited the accused Sanjay’s residence in Kasan village to purchase marijuana. However, an altercation ensued over a minor issue, leading to Kumar being assaulted by Sanjay and his sons, Gaurav and Saurav.
Upon learning of the incident, Chauhan accompanied Raja back to Sanjay’s house later that evening to address the conflict. Unfortunately, the situation escalated when Sanjay became enraged during the discussion. He, along with his sons, viciously attacked Kumar, leaving him in critical condition. Subsequently, they callously threw him out of the house.
Chauhan rushed Kumar to a nearby hospital, but the medical staff declared him dead upon arrival. Following Jha’s complaint, an FIR was registered against Sanjay, Gaurav, and Saurav under sections 302 (murder) and 34 (common intention) of the Indian Penal Code at the Bilaspur police station.
As of now, the accused individuals are on the run, but law enforcement authorities have assured that they will be apprehended soon. The tragic incident has left the community in shock and mourning the untimely loss of Raja Kumar.
