The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) and the Grainger County Sheriff’s Office have announced charges against a Morristown man in connection to a double homicide investigation that began in May. The bodies of 49-year-old Jon Atkins and 32-year-old Deven McDaniel were discovered along Rocky Springs Road in Bean Station on May 25th.

34-year-old Aaron Ethan White has been identified as the person responsible for killing the victims, according to TBI. Investigators have obtained warrants charging him with two counts of criminal homicide. Despite efforts to locate White, he remains at large.

White is described as 6 feet 1 inch tall with blue eyes, a shaved head, and a red beard. TBI is urging anyone with information on his whereabouts to contact them at 1-800-TBI-FIND.
