Corbin Connors : Atlanta Street Racing Suspect Arrested – WSB-TV Channel 2

ATLANTA — Another suspect involved in street racing activities in Atlanta has been apprehended by law enforcement officers.

The incident took place on Sunday night at approximately 10:45 p.m. when officers were alerted to street racers performing dangerous maneuvers in the parking lot of an Aldi supermarket on Moreland Avenue.

Upon arriving at the scene, officers witnessed a Dodge Charger engaging in reckless driving behaviour by performing donuts in the parking lot. The driver of the vehicle, later identified as 17-year-old Corbin Connors from Morrow, attempted to evade the police when they intervened.

In an effort to stop Connors, an officer deployed a stop stick which punctured one of the tires on the Dodge Charger, causing it to come to a halt. Connors was subsequently taken into custody by the authorities.

Connors has been charged with fleeing and eluding the police, as well as reckless driving offences. He was released on bond on Tuesday following his arrest.
