Authorities are urging the community to help find Cir Allen Keith Glover, who they believe may possess crucial information regarding the tragic death of 17-year-old Isaiah Neal.
According to a statement posted on social media, law enforcement officials were summoned to a residence in the 2400 block of Alabama Street shortly after 1:15 a.m. Upon arrival, they discovered a young individual with multiple gunshot wounds and immediately initiated life-saving measures. Despite their efforts, the teenager succumbed to his injuries after being transported to a nearby medical facility.
As emergency responders tended to the victim, a gathering of family members and witnesses congregated in the vicinity. The deceased was later identified as Isaiah Neal. In a subsequent press release, the police refrained from labeling Cir Allen Keith Glover as a suspect in the case.
