Accident – Death – Obituary News : In a chilling turn of events in Fort Myers, FL, a horrifying incident unfolded as police responded to a report of a woman and young children hiding in a car port on Sunday, June 9. The woman, whose identity remains undisclosed, informed authorities that her husband, 33-year-old Willy Lumaine, was actively engaged in the brutal killing of their roommate.

The victim, identified as blind 65-year-old Bonito Francois by local affiliate WFTX, had reportedly refused to vacate the premises, sparking a deadly confrontation with Lumaine. The landlord recounted a harrowing account shared by the unnamed woman, who claimed to have woken up to the chilling cries of “Help! He is killing me!” before hastily fleeing the residence with her children.

Upon arrival at the scene, law enforcement officers discovered an open door and a trail of blood leading to the front of the property. As they established a perimeter around the house, they encountered Lumaine brandishing a large knife and approaching a rear window. Despite being instructed to drop the weapon and even being tazed, Lumaine continued to advance towards the officers in a menacing manner, prompting them to open fire. Tragically, Lumaine was declared dead at the scene.
