The Regional Disaster Management Cell (RDMC) chief of the Thane Municipal Corporation, Yasin Tadvi, stated that the collapse occurred at around 11:55 pm in the Om Krishna Cooperative Housing Society located in Kalwa’s Bhusar ali area. The victims, a man in his seventies, his wife, and their son, were the ones affected by the sudden collapse.
