Harsh, a resident of Dawal Phatak Valmiki Mohalla, was attending a birthday party with his friend Sumit in Mehbulla Ganj before the unfortunate events unfolded. On his way back home, an altercation broke out between Harsh and two individuals identified as Rajesh Rastogi and his son Lakshya Rastogi in the Joshiyan Mohalla area. The argument escalated quickly, leading to Rajesh and Lakshya firing shots at Harsh, resulting in fatal injuries.

Following Harsh’s demise, his family, relatives, and members of the community gathered at the Katghar police station to demand justice. The protesters blocked the road, urging authorities to take swift action against the culprits.
