According to authorities, the fireworks display caused a scene of confusion and panic among those gathered at the plaza. Fortunately, the injured individuals were promptly attended to by medical personnel on site.
Initially, two teenagers were apprehended in connection with the incident. However, after further investigation, it was revealed that another teen, a resident of the South Bay area, was the primary suspect. Due to the suspect’s age, their identity has not been disclosed to the public.
