A body discovered on Tuesday afternoon in Chester County has been identified as that of a woman who was reported missing, according to the Chester County Sheriff’s Office.
The grim discovery was made around midday off Cradle Street in Chester.
56-year-old Donna Lynn Coley was confirmed as the victim during a press conference held later that afternoon by deputies.
Deputies disclosed that Coley had been reported missing in the previous month.
Her last known whereabouts were in the early hours of May 30 on Pinckney Street near the J.A. Cochran Bypass.
The search for Coley spanned 11 days before a breakthrough was made in the early hours of June 11 when 70-year-old Thomas W. Glenn was apprehended in connection with her disappearance.

Glenn has since been charged with murder and is currently being held at the Chester County Detention Center.
