A shocking incident unfolded in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, where a 15-year-old girl was reportedly raped by two men after they spiked her food with the help of another woman at a birthday party. The victim, a Class 11 student, fell prey to this heinous crime in an apartment in the Anna Nagar area.

Details of the Incident

According to the police investigation, the young girl was lured by a woman she met at a cafe in Anna Nagar. The woman gained her trust and invited her to join a birthday celebration at an undisclosed location. Little did the victim know that this invitation would lead to a nightmare.

During the party, the woman allegedly offered the unsuspecting teenager food that had been spiked, causing her to lose consciousness. Taking advantage of her vulnerable state, two men present at the gathering reportedly sexually assaulted her. To make matters worse, the woman threatened the girl with dire consequences if she dared to speak up about the ordeal.

Revelation and Legal Action

The harrowing incident only came to light two days later when the victim’s concerned sister noticed her unusual behaviour and took her to a doctor. It was during this visit that the young girl mustered the courage to disclose the horrific assault she had endured.

Swift action was taken by the girl’s parents, who wasted no time in filing a police complaint. As a result, two suspects, identified as Somesh and Prathiksha, were apprehended. However, the authorities are currently on the lookout for a third individual, named Williams, believed to be involved in the crime.
