A young man from Clarksville, identified as 19-year-old Parker Johnson, is in hot water after leading Guthrie police officers on a high-speed chase on Saturday night. The incident unfolded on U.S. 79, where Johnson was spotted zooming past officers at a staggering speed of 125 miles per hour. This reckless behaviour caught the attention of law enforcement, who immediately sprang into action to bring the offender to justice.

According to the official police report filed by the Guthrie Police Department, officers wasted no time in initiating a pursuit to apprehend Johnson. The chase ensued southbound on U.S. 79, with Johnson brazenly weaving in and out of traffic, endangering the lives of innocent motorists by driving on the wrong side of the road.
