The MTA Police Department responded to the scene at approximately 5:47 p.m. and rushed Mark to White Plains Hospital. Despite the efforts of medical staff, he was pronounced dead upon arrival. The four other minors present at the time were fortunately unharmed, and authorities have ruled out any suspicion of criminal activity.
