Gulley, aged 44, is currently a wanted individual due to a federal probation violation, and has been identified as the Fugitive of the Week by Marshals.
Described as a Black male standing at 6 feet tall and weighing 244 pounds, Gulley is known to frequent the Canton and Cleveland areas.
