Accident – Death – Obituary News :

In a heartbreaking incident in Fathepur village of Chilpur mandal, a pack of stray dogs attacked and killed a six-year-old boy on Saturday night. The victim, identified as G Abhiram from Lunavath thanda in Fathepur, was playing outside his house when the dogs dragged him into the nearby bushes.

Abhiram’s parents, Madhu and Saritha, returned home after their agricultural work to find their son missing. They launched a frantic search, enlisting the help of neighbours who shared his photo on local WhatsApp groups. Eventually, the parents heard the dogs barking and discovered Abhiram’s lifeless body in a pool of blood.

Chilpur Sub-Inspector M Rajendar confirmed that the incident has not yet been reported to the police. No formal complaint has been lodged, and no case has been registered at this time.

This tragic event serves as a stark reminder of the dangers posed by stray dogs in rural areas. It highlights the need for increased vigilance and measures to address the issue of stray animal attacks in communities.

Authorities may consider implementing strategies such as animal control programs, community education about animal safety, and initiatives to promote responsible pet ownership. These efforts can help prevent similar tragedies and protect vulnerable individuals, especially children, from harm.

Our thoughts and condolences go out to the family and loved ones of young Abhiram during this difficult time. May his soul rest in peace.
