PEORIA, Ariz. – Authorities in Peoria, Arizona are urgently seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing two-year-old girl who was reportedly abducted by a non-custodial parent.
The toddler, identified as Kirby Carr, was last seen on June 8 from her residence in the vicinity of Lake Pleasant Parkway and Speckled Gecko Drive.
According to a police statement, the non-custodial parent visited the home for a supervised visit with Kirby, but subsequently absconded with the child following the visitation.
Kirby is described as a Caucasian female, approximately 3 feet tall, weighing around 35 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
The non-custodial parent, identified as 52-year-old Kevin Carr, is described as a Caucasian male, standing at 6 feet 1 inch tall, weighing 140 pounds, with grey hair and brown eyes.
Kevin was last seen wearing a dark-colored shirt and dark-colored shorts, and was observed leaving the area driving a 2014 blue Fiat 500 with Arizona license plate M5A6EM.
Authorities noted specific features of the vehicle, including dual silver stripes across the top and a Milwaukee toolbox attached to the hitch.
It is imperative that anyone with information regarding Kirby and Kevin Carr’s whereabouts immediately contact the Peoria Police Department.
